A Day in the Life!
Create a fine dining service by providing exemplary table-service to all our guests.
Work collaboratively with entire team to ensure excellent service timing,
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Liquidity wines and menu offerings.
Complete duties including cleaning, polishing tasks, table maintenance, and general organization of restaurant.
Must haves:
2-3 years of food and beverage service experience.
Minimum 1 year Server experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Open and flexible schedule for the duration of the season.
Current Serving It Right certification.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in B.C.
You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change.
You put trust in others and never let anyone down.
You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency.
You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions.
Bonus Points:
Second language considered an asset
Previous wine related (WSET, etc.) training is an asset
